I am honored to extend a warm welcome to you as the Chairperson of the Advisory Board at Nelisa
Awakening Africa (NAA). It is my privilege to serve alongside a dedicated team of professionals
and experts who share a common goal of empowering Africa's youth and fostering sustainable
development. At NAA, our mission is to bridge the skills gap, address youth unemployment, and
provide vital support to budding entrepreneurs. As the Chairperson of the Advisory Board, I am
committed to ensuring that our organization operates at the forefront of innovation and delivers
impactful solutions. Our board comprises seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds and
expertise. We bring together a wealth of knowledge in areas such as livelihood skills training,
early venture capital financing, mental health care, and the preservation and promotion of
authentic cultural heritage. Through our collective experience and strategic guidance, we aim to
create a dynamic and supportive ecosystem for the youth to thrive.
One of our key focuses is to create partnerships and collaborations that amplify our impact. We actively seek opportunities to collaborate with governments, educational institutions, corporations, and NGOs, as well as engage with donors and sponsors who share our vision. By harnessing our collective strengths and resources, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of young Africans. As the Chairperson, I am committed to driving NAA's vision forward, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of innovation and impactful initiatives. Together with the Advisory Board, we will guide and support NAA's strategic direction, ensuring that our services are relevant, effective, and sustainable.
