At Nelisa Awakening Africa (NAA), we are dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich and diverse cultural heritage of the African continent. Our Cultural Heritage Advocacy program aims to raise awareness, advocate for the protection of cultural assets, and promote cultural tourism as a means of celebrating and preserving our authentic traditions.
1. Preservation and Conservation:
NAA recognizes the importance of
safeguarding cultural heritage sites, artifacts, and practices that
hold significant historical, social, and spiritual value. Through
our Cultural Heritage Advocacy program, we work closely with local
communities, heritage organizations, and government authorities to
ensure the preservation and conservation of cultural assets. We
support initiatives that promote responsible stewardship, proper
documentation, and maintenance of cultural heritage sites for future
generations to experience and appreciate.
2. Promotion and Education:
We believe in celebrating the richness and
diversity of African cultures. Our Cultural Heritage Advocacy
program aims to promote cultural heritage through various platforms
and channels. We organize events, exhibitions, and workshops that
showcase traditional arts, crafts, music, dance, and storytelling.

Our Cultural Heritage Advocacy program is
